Church computer acting up? Viruses, malware, Spyware, ad-ware or such slowing your system down? Hard drive making “odd” noises? I might be able to help. I have over 15 years working in Information Technology at the local university (computer hardware/software/networking). While most of this experience involves Windows systems, I've also done my share of Mac support.
In addition, I might be able to assist you setting up a church wireless network, setting up projectors and such.
I would be honored to assist resolving your church (or pastors) computer problems. Many times the solution is simple, and a little preventive care is all that's needed. Just send me your contact information and brief description of the problem. Sometimes a fix can be found without even needing to look at the system!
A few things to note:
1) When possible, always make a backup of your data. Things can happen on computers that I have no control (hard drive crash, encryption viruses, etc). Ultimately, you are responsible for your data.
2) If the problem is found to be hardware related, you will need to cover the cost for any replacement parts or hardware/software upgrades.
